Welcome to Wall Blush! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making any purchases.
Use of Website
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and make purchases. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
- Account Registration: To make a purchase, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Products
- Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
- Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time without prior notice.
Orders
- Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
- Payment: All payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website.
- Shipping and Delivery: We will ship products to the address you provide during the checkout process. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the availability of products. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping.
Return/Refund Policy
We offer returns for store credit for all orders within 30 days of the order date. You can visit our return page here.
Wall Blush does not offer refunds for any reason other than a damaged or defective print. Wall Blush reserves the right to determine if a product is defective and to issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion before a refund is offered.
Wall Blush is not responsible for processing any returns or refunds due to incorrect measurements purchased.
For defective or damaged orders, we require photos of the entire print laid out on the ground and close-up images of any defects. Due to varying installation methods, any wallpaper partially installed will not be refunded. For this reason, we urge you inspect your wallpaper as soon as it arrives before installation. We do not accept returns/exchanges for any reason after installation has started.
We urge you to triple-check all dimensions on your order to ensure you purchased correctly, as we cannot guarantee any changes to orders after they are placed. If your wallpaper is defective or damaged, please email us at order@wallblush.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will exchange your order free of charge.
Cancellation Policy
Each and every Wall Blush order is printed on-demand and enters production immediately after the order is submitted.
Because of this, Wall Blush is unable to guarantee requests for order cancellations can be completed.
Wallpaper Color and Batch Variation
Please be aware that the colors you see on your screen may not be an exact match to the final product. Factors like screen type and individual display settings can cause colors to appear differently.
For the most accurate color representation, we strongly recommend purchasing a sample before placing a full order.
Colors can vary between print runs. For that reason, we cannot guarantee an exact color match between orders of the same print placed at different times. This applies to add-on/reprint panel orders.
Delivery & Shipping Information
All orders are normally processed within 1-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or if you placed an order during a sitewide sale your shipment may be delayed 10-15 additional days for processing. Production/Processing time does not include 3rd party delivery estimates, please allow additional days in transit.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time and shipment cost is calculated by the shipping carrier. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes
WALLBLUSH.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged/Lost & Stolen Packages
WALLBLUSH.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost/stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Wall Blush or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wall Blush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our website or products; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our website.
Venue and Choice of Law Clause
All claims arising out of or relating to these terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Arizona. However, any claims related to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any such legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Pennsylvania.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
