  • Wallpaper must be in its original, sellable condition, including all original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom orders, special sale items, final sale, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Any items that are used, altered, or not in their original condition cannot be accepted for return.

  3. Securely package the items, including all original materials, and attach the provided return label.

Refund Options:

  • Store Credit: Receive store credit to be used on future purchases.
  • Refund: Get a full refund minus the cost of return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Wall Blush manages return shipping. However, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • In cases of defective or incorrect items received, return shipping costs will be covered by Wall Blush.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
