At Wall Blush, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, print-on-demand wallpaper. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to help you find your perfect match.

Our Return Policy

Changed your mind or picked the wrong size? No problem! You can return your item for store credit within 30 days of the order date.

To be eligible for a return, your wallpaper must be:

  • Uninstalled, uncut, and free of any damage.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Please note that a $14.99 cost of return fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover the return label cost.  If your return is approved, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credited amount. This covers inspection, handling, and repackaging.

We do not offer returns to your original form of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Add-on or reprint panels
  • Single panel orders
  • Clearance and final sale items
  • Samples
  • Gift cards
  • Partially installed, separated panels, or damaged items

How to Initiate a Return

Ready to start your return?

  1. Visit our Wall Blush Returns Center to begin the process.
  2. Fill out the form to generate your return shipping label.
  3. Carefully repackage your items and attach the label before sending.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once received. 


 

Product Issues or Quality Concerns

If you believe your wallpaper has a quality issue, please contact our support team immediately at order@wallblush.com. We are committed to resolving quality issues quickly.

If your item is damaged or incorrect, Wall Blush will cover all return shipping costs.

Installation & Removal Disclaimer

Wall Blush is not responsible or liable for any costs, damages, or expenses incurred in connection with the installation, removal, or reinstallation of wallpaper products.

This includes, but is not limited to, fees for professional installation or removal services, tools or materials used, damage to surfaces (including but not limited to walls, paint, drywall, or finishes), and any indirect or consequential damages arising from improper handling, installation, or removal.It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure proper surface preparation, product compatibility, and adherence to installation instructions. Wall Blush strongly recommends using a professional installer familiar with peel-and-stick or traditional wallpaper techniques when applicable. Any decisions regarding installation methods are made at the discretion of the customer and are not the responsibility of Wall Blush.

Wall Blush products should be inspected prior to installation. Use of the product constitutes acceptance. We do not offer reimbursement for any costs incurred due to product dissatisfaction after the product has been installed, altered, or damaged during installation or removal.

Legal Disclaimers

Wall Blush reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping unless our provided label was used. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Returns for Customers in the European Union

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Where this section conflicts with the general policy above, this section applies to you.

Withdrawal period. The 14-day period begins the day after you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the period begins the day after you receive the last item.

How to withdraw. Notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by a clear statement — email to order@wallblush.com or by post. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this section, but it is not required. Simply sending items back without notice does not count as valid withdrawal.

Returning the goods. After notifying us, you must send the goods back within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. Goods must be returned uninstalled, uncut, and in their original packaging; you are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Refunds. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any supplementary cost if you chose a delivery option other than our cheapest standard option), no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. No restocking fee applies to withdrawals under this section. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you supply proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the same payment method you used for the original transaction, at no extra cost to you.

Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Wallpaper that is custom-cut, custom-sized, or otherwise produced to order for you may fall within this exception. If an item in your order is exempt, we will tell you before you complete the return.
