Wall Blush Return & Refund Policy
We want you to absolutely love your space—and your wallpaper. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Our return policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and supportive of your satisfaction, while protecting the integrity of our custom-crafted products.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused, uncut, and undamaged.
- Wallpaper must be returned in its original, sellable condition, including all original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Please note: Orders placed incorrectly, including wrong sizes or materials, may not be eligible for return. We strongly encourage reviewing your order carefully before checkout to ensure accuracy.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Clearance and final sale items
- Samples
- Gift cards
- Used, altered, or damaged items, or those not returned in original condition and packaging
How to Initiate a Return
- Visit our Wall Blush Returns Center to begin your return request.
- Fill out the return form and follow instructions to generate your return shipping label.
- Carefully repackage your items and attach the provided label before sending.
Refund Options
- Store Credit: Issued for eligible returns and can be used toward future purchases.
Important: If your return is approved, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This covers inspection, handling, and repackaging.
- Return Shipping Costs
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or sent in error.
- For damaged or incorrect items, Wall Blush will cover all return shipping costs.
- Product Issues or Quality Concerns
- If you encounter any issues with the quality, print, or condition of your wallpaper, please contact our support team immediately through Wall Blush Support or email us at order@wallblush.com. Our team is committed to resolving quality issues quickly and thoroughly.
Legal & Policy Disclaimers
- Wall Blush reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated return conditions.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping unless the provided return label was used.
- Wall Blush is not liable for damages beyond the purchase price of the product.
- This policy is in compliance with all applicable consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
