Shipping Protection gives your order extra peace of mind from the moment it leaves our facility to the moment it arrives at your door. For a small fee, your package is covered against the things standard carriers often won't make easy to resolve.

What it covers

  • Lost packages — marked delivered but never arrived, or lost in transit.
  • Stolen packages — confirmed delivered but taken from your doorstep.
  • Damaged in transit — your wallpaper arrives damaged due to handling during shipping.

How it works

When something goes wrong, you don't have to chase the carrier. Reach out to our team and we'll make it right with a fast replacement or refund — no lengthy claims process and no waiting on a carrier investigation.

How to file a claim

Email hello@wallblush.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue (photos help for damage claims). We'll take it from there.

Cost & opting out

Shipping Protection is added to your cart automatically for a small flat fee. It's completely optional — you can switch it off anytime in your cart before checkout using the Shipping Protection toggle.
